Privacy notice
Last updated 4 September 2026. Storroh is a pre-launch project run by a small team in Canada.
What this covers
Right now Storroh is one page with one form on it. This notice explains what happens to the information you put into that form. When the marketplace actually opens we'll publish a fuller notice covering bookings and payments, and we'll email anyone already on the host list before it takes effect.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the city and neighbourhood or postal code of your space, and the details about the space itself: type, rough size, access, the rate you'd want, and any notes you add.
- Photos you upload, if you choose to add any.
- The page you submitted from, so we can tell where a submission came from.
We deliberately do not ask for your street address at this stage, and we don't need it until you decide to go ahead with a listing. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we have it
To decide whether we can list your space, to build that listing with you, and to email you about it. That's the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Where it lives
- Supabase stores the form details and the photos. The photo storage is private, so uploaded images are not publicly viewable, and they do not appear anywhere until you approve a live listing.
- Vercel hosts this site and runs the small function that saves your submission.
- Resend sends the confirmation email.
These providers process data on our behalf, and some of them store it on servers outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it's clear the space isn't going to be listed, whichever comes first. If we decline a space, we delete the photos.
Your say over it
Email hello@storroh.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We'll do it, and we'll confirm when it's done. You can also just reply to the confirmation email you received; it reaches the same place.
Cookies
This site sets none. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Supabase client library from jsDelivr, so those two services see your IP address when the page loads, in the ordinary way any website asset does.
